Testosterone Replacement Therapy-TRT

Testosterone Therapy for Men what are the sure signs? What can you do about it?

As you age, men start to lose testosterone, which is an important hormone that keeps you youthful and energetic. Luckily, you can supplement that hormone to help restore some of your testosterone.

There are creams called natural androsome creams that help combat the loss of testosterone in your body. Some men see a loss before their 40s, but others begin a gradual decline around that age.

You’ll notice a wide range of symptoms, including:

  • Sexual dysfunction
  • Loss of bone mass
  • Increased fatigue
  • Depression
  • Insomnia
  • Memory loss
  • Weight Gain

Testosterone is the main hormone that men have in their bodies. It is produced in male "testes" hence the name, testosterone. You want to be a viral man, not a man who is suffering from physical and mental weaknesses. Supplements can help you with this pursuit.

When you lose testosterone at too rapid of a rate, you become at higher risk for developing heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer and other ailments. When you begin supplementing your testosterone, you reduce those risks, and your blood pressure, clotting abilities, and cholesterol and triglycerides numbers all have a better chance at stabilizing and getting back to normal levels.

If you’ve noticed any signs of low testosterone, get your doctor to run a test so that you can get treatment as soon as possible. Start with your family doctor or directly with an endroconologist that specializes in male hormone therapy.

Symptoms include:

·         Low interest in sex
·         Balding
·         Erectile dysfunction
·         Low energy levels
·         Less muscle mass, more fat
·         Moodiness

Some recommended Supplements to help fight Low T and Low HGH:

DeerAntler

Deer Antler is a natural source of IGF-1, a growth factor hormone your body produces everyday. This hormone is responsible for growth spurts in muscles, bones and tissues. Naturally, a bit extra in a safe supplement form can help your body recover from workouts faster. Deer Antler also contains compounds your body needs for overall wellness and tissue repair such as iron, zinc, prostaglandin, copper, manganese, selenium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and more.

- Calcium

Calcium is good for the body for building strong bones and for healthy teeth. But calcium is also a good way to keep your body feeling and looking young. If your body doesn’t get enough calcium in one area, it will take calcium from other areas of your body - and one of those areas is your bone structure.

 - Chromium

There really isn’t a trick to living longer and looking good while you age. It’s actually pretty simple. You have to have a balanced level of all of the minerals your body needs if you’re going to have a long and healthy life. Chromium works to make sure that your glucose levels remain healthy. When your chromium levels are not at a normal range, your glucose levels will then begin to lean into a range that isn’t safe.

Long term deficiency can lead to diabetes, weight gain and other health problems - such as high blood pressure and rising LDL cholesterol levels. Having the right amount of chromium in your body is necessary for you to have a proper metabolizing function.

As you age, you become more at risk of developing a chromium deficiency.

 - Vitamin B

You might know that the vitamin B2 is the riboflavin vitamin. But the reason this vitamin is so important is because of the surprising anti-aging properties it contains.

This vitamin helps your body produce antibodies, helps fight certain cancers and it’s needed for red blood cell production. That’s not all this helpful ally can do in the fight against aging. This vitamin works in the fight against many age-related eye problems, such as the development of cataracts. Vitamin B2 also works to keep your brain sharp and is instrumental as a line of defense against Alzheimer’s disease.

When it comes to the B vitamins, you have your main vitamins such as B1 (thiamine), the B2 mentioned previously, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. These are some of the most often utilized.

Vitamin B1 has anti aging properties because it helps keep your heart and nervous system healthy. It also slows aging and helps with cognitive function. Vitamin B3 is considered to be the gastrointestinal vitamin.

Not only does it help keep your intestines in good working order, but it fights to keep the bad cholesterol levels down, which is beneficial to your heart. You’ll find that many of these B vitamins have multiple benefits to your body.

Vitamin B5 is the B vitamin that helps your blood pressure stay at normal levels

- Vitamin C

Vitamin C works hand in hand with iron. You have to get enough vitamin C in order for your body to be able to metabolize the iron it needs.

If you happen to be a smoker, you should know that smoking depletes your body’s vitamin C, so you’ll need to pay attention to that and make sure you take supplements. When you’re getting enough vitamin C, it shows up when you look in the mirror.

You’ll notice immediate results because vitamin C goes to work fast by keeping your skin looking younger. It does this by stopping wrinkles and lines from forming on your skin.

You’ll notice that your face looks smoother and younger. It also can reverse and help protect your skin from becoming dry as you age. Vitamin C is a skin toner as well as a barrier against the effect of time on the skin’s collagen, because it boosts your collagen levels and rejuvenates your skin.

Collagen is a connective tissue, so when it starts to break down, you get saggy, wrinkled skin. But collagen isn’t just important to your outer skin - it’s also necessary for strong teeth, for the tendons and ligaments in your body and more.

You need it for healthy white blood cells and for strong blood vessels.

- Zinc

Zinc has a lot of power to keep you healthy inside and out from good eyesight, good muscle contraction to great looking hair. Zinc has been known to also boosts the cells that fight infections in your body.

Zinc helps protect your body against respiratory illnesses - such as the flu and pneumonia. It does this by strengthening your immune system. Zinc works hand in hand to aid the production of insulin, which is imperative in the fight against developing diabetes as you grow older.

It’s instrumental in protecting your body against developing some eye diseases, like macular degeneration - which often occurs with aging. This mineral can also help battle hair loss that’s caused by aging.

It has healing properties against rheumatoid arthritis and in men, zinc can raise low testosterone levels.

If GH naturally rises at night, why do we take it in the morning?

The answer is: HGH is released when blood glucose is lowest...
At what time is that? About 4:00 or 5:00 o'clock in the
morning... Why is that? Because the last time we ate was about
10 hours ago... therefore blood glucose is as low as it gets
in a 24 hour day.

Which is closer to 4:00 or 5:00 o'clock in the morning?
11 P.M. or 7:00 A.M.?

And... in any case... who says to take HGH in the morning? Some take HGH at night. some do it in the morning... some take it before doing exercise... there
is no set time for everybody to take HGH.

But we are all reporting good results, no matter what time we
take HGH... So this "supporting our body's natural cycle" doesn't
seem to be important. What DOES seem to be important is that
we should inject HGH at anytime, and if we do, we get the
benefit of HGH.

How much fat can I lose with hgh and testosterone?

Most people tend to gain weight with age. There is a marked increase particularly in the fat content in their bodies.

Ever wondered why it was easer to get rid of that stubborn fat when you were in your teens and early twenties?

The reasons is simple. Decline in HGH levels results in a change in body composition. There is an increase in fat content while lean muscle reduces.

Before stating the relationship between HGH and fat loss, it is important to understand what HGH is.

HGH stands for human growth hormone. It is the master hormone in your body which is secreted by the pituitary gland that is located at the base of your brain.

It is a complex protein that is composed of 191 amino acids and the main function of this hormone is to enable the liver to produce Insulin Growth Factor IGF1 that triggers tissue and bone growth throughout the body.

The production of growth hormone or HGH peaks during puberty when major body growth takes place and it begins declining after the age of 30 resulting in a lot of changes in the body. Research indicates that a decline in HGH levels is the root cause of aging in human body.

However, HGH supplementation not only slows down the effects of aging but also reverse age effects to a large extent so that your body not only looks younger but also functions younger!

HGH and Fat Loss

HGH enhances your metabolism and encourages fat burning. It also encourages enzymatic reactions called Lipolysis which helps breaking down fat.
HGH rids fat by by increasing the energy expenditure overall so that you actually burn calories faster!

This not only reduces body fat but also gives you an enormous amount of energy.
HGH promotes the action of insulin. It appears HGH seems to direct the action of insulin towards putting sugar into the cardiac, muscle, and nerve cells, rather than into fat cells.

Also, as we age we’re more susceptible to insulin resistance – the inability of the cells to use the insulin that is there. HGH improves insulin sensitivity and allows your body to get rid of blood sugar more efficiently.

Bottom Line:

Insulin promotes lipogenesis – creating fat cells.
HGH promotes lipolysis – the destruction of fat cells.

By constantly opposing the action of insulin, HGH keep the cells thin. Without the effect of HGH to inhibit the effect of insulin, the fat cells are free to expand.
The natural decline of HGH as we age brings about weight gain that’s next to impossible to lose without raising your HGH production.

HGH Supplementation
This brings you to the next question- How to Increase HGH Levels?

There are two broad choices:

injectable HGH and
oral HGH

HGH injections or shots involve injecting synthetic HGH into the body. This is a replacement therapy and there are a couple of perils attached to it.
This is becuase no matter how carefully HGH injections are administered into the body, there is no synthetic or external hormone can mimc your body's natural hormonal cycles. This is likely to create complications and lead to serious side effects.

Moreover, HGH shots can be quite expensive as well and require constant monitoring by an expert doctor. Consultation charges and doctor visits coupled with the cost of HGH injections can make you spend well over $20000 a year.

Oral HGH includes sprays and supplements that come in pill form. While sprays do not work, HGH supplements or releaser pills are the safest and most effective form of HGH.

This is because HGH supplements are a blend of amino acids that help increase your body's own production of HGH. These supplements are not a replacement therapy but are simulators that help stimulate your pituitary gland so that it can increase its own production of HGH.

There are some high quality HGH supplements that are clinically approved and recommended by doctors as well. Not only this, they are manufactured in a cGMP certified lab under strict quality controls and regulations.

What are the benefits of an HGH ?

Here are the thumbnail notes of the benefits of HGH:

Reverse the effects of aging

Reverse muscle wasting

Reduction in Weight and body fat after six months, without dieting

I ncrease in lean muscle after six months, without exercise, with exercise significantly improve lean muscle mass.

Increase energy level, endurance and exercise capacity

Increase cardiac output

Reduce stress and enhances immune system

A ccelerate wound healing and skin regeneration

Improve memory retention and cognitive functions

Increase recovery from injury

Improve vision

Achieve a younger, tighter, thicker skin

Improve kidney function

Reverse osteoporosis Improve sleep

When should I think about replacing hormones?

In the typical man, hormones start to decline significantly in the mid to late twenties. By age 30 to 35 hormones decline rapidly and are sufficient that symptoms of deficiency maybe evident. The best time to start replacing hormones is between age 35 and 40. However it is never too late.

Do you have to replace all hormones i.e. testosterone, growth hormone?

Hormones may be replaced separately or in any combination.

All the latest research is showing the best results are obtained from taking a combination of hormones in harmony, not in single islands, but synergistically together. There is a 1+1 = 5 relationship when all hormones are replaced together synergistically.

Concerning HGH, the cost limitation on growth hormone - the potential benefits far out-weigh the cost as you can not put a price on re-inventing your quality of life and longevity. How does one put a price on living with youthful vitality.

How long must a person commit to hormone replacement?

The commitment should last as long as you want the results, however, your commitment to a healthy diet, exercise, and life style should be life long. We are now at the point in modern medical history, where each breakthrough in longevity gives us enough time to survive for the next breathrough to become available, and each major breathrough will significantly improve the quality of life, geometrically.

HRT is adding 10 to 20 years to the human life span, not just length, but more specifically the additional length is with a high quality of life. Quality of life for many is more important than length of life, HRT programs provide both quality of life and longevity.

After HRT, comes stem cell therapy and gene therapy, then human genetic engineering, then post human and transhuman science. Commit to HRT until the human genetic engineering revolution goes mainstream, estimated time 20 to 25 years.

The human life span since the dawn of human civilization hovered around 35 to 45 years, in the last century the human life span nearly doubled to the 75 to 80 years range, HRT will extend human life span 10 to 20 years, long enough hopefully for the next breakthrough in medical science genetherapy and stem cell therapy, which should theoretically extend human life span and quality of life 20 to 30 years, long enough for human genetic engineering which could potentially double human life span, the next break throughs will extend the quality and length of human life geometrically.

Andropause? Male's Menopause?

I decided to start blogging about Growth Hormone since many people are asking about it. My current stats:

- 37 Year Old Male
- 5'10" Tall
- Weight 228lbs (on good days)

I've been up and down with my weight and diet but I go to the gym on a regular basis and watch what I eat for the most part.

Since turning 34, I noticed a drop in my energy levels and my sex drive, so I started researching why that was. So I had a list of questions that needed to be answered:

Question: How much do hormones decline after 30?

Answer: I found out that everyone is different, so the following are approximations of where you might be physiologically:

Testosterone: ng/dl (blood analysis we provide)

Age 20 to 30: 800-1000 range

Most men report they were at their peak of the physical strength and quality of life in their late 20's and early 30's, when they were in the 700 to 800 range. Results vary.

Age 30 to 40: 400-700 range

Age 40 to 50: 300-400 range

Age 50 to 60: 200-300 range

Human Growth Hormone: IGF-1 ng/dl

Age 20 to 30: 300-400

Most men report they were at their peak of the physical strength and quality of life in their late 20's and early 30's, when they were in the approx. 300 range. Results Vary.

Age 30 to 40: 250-300

Age 40 to 50: 175-200

Age 50 to 60: 100-150

DHEA ug/dl

Age 20 to 30: 400-500

Age 30 to 40: 350-400

Age 40 to 50: 200-350

Age 50 to 60: 50-200

Here's what I found:
After finding this results I went to my family practitioner and go so blood work done and found that my test levels were at 200! Way below the average for males my age! Futhermore, my IGF levels were into their 228. Horrible. So my doctor suggested
Hormone Replacment Therapy.

Why of Hormone Replacement Therapy?

We replace hormones to levels that existed in your body when you were at a younger healthier age. Since declining hormones cause us to age and our bodies to "fall apart", it is logical that replacing those hormones would positively affect our body and physiological age - and over 100,000+ people world wide who have gone on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) programs and protocols and can attest to this fact. Including all the thousands of medical and scientific research trials which have confirmed overwhelmingly that properly administered doctor monitored HRT programs have slowed down and even reversed the aging process in 95% of the people on doctor monitored HRT programs, HGH Therapy and Testosterone Therapy.

How are the hormones replaced?

Testosterone is replaced using either an injection or a topical cream or gel (testosterone) formulated in strength and dose to your specific needs and then is self applied to the surface of the skin in the morning and evening - depending on the protocol. Growth hormone is taken by daily injection(s). We show you how to do it, we explain It both verbally, in written format and with easy to use step by step videos that break it down so it is easy and painless.

Does Hormone Replacement Therapy Work?

Yes 95% of the time, if you follow the HRT Therapy program closely including maintaining a healthy diet, stretching and exercise program - and don't use body builder doses you will get fantastic results in a 6 month to 1 year program. Remember HRT is not a "magic bullet", it is medical science at its best. It is board certified doctors using sophisticated lab tests and treatment protocols to produce life-altering results which will re-invent your quality of life and longevity.

What are the Costs of a Hormone Replacement Therapy Program?

There is no way to predetermine the cost as each therapy is structured around a patients paricular and specific needs. This is based on the results of the blood work, physical exam, medical questionaire and the short, mid and long term goals of the patient. In general complete testosterone & HCG replacement therapies can run up to $250 a month and HGH programs can run $600 to $1200 a month.
